Erma P. Ford, 66, Fort Dodge, died Saturday, Jan. 3, 2009, at Grandview Health Care Center in Dayton. Erma's body has been cremated. Visitation is Thursday from 5-7 p.m., at Carson Stapp Funeral Home in Dayton. Burial of ashes will be held at a later date at McGuire Bend Cemetery, rural Dayton.

Survivors include two daughters, Paula George of Fort Dodge, and Vicky (Tom) Gilbert of Lehigh; and one son, Stan (Kathy) Ford of Webster City.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband, James Ford. Memorials may be left to the discretion of the family.
