Mrs. Ralph (Gus) Overlay, Littleton, Colo., passed away Tuesday, May 6, 2008 at the Ingals Way House in Littleton, Colo. at the assisted living facility. She is the sister of Mrs. Don (Helen) Utter of Webster City. She will be buried next to her husband in the National Cemetery at Denver.
