Kenneth Buzick, 86, Webster City, died Wednesday, Sept 30, 1998 at the Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines. Funeral servies wil be held Saturday, Oct 3 at 10:30 a.m. at the Foster Funeral Home with Rev. Mike Morgan officiating. Visitation will be at the Funeral Home from 5-9 p.m. Friday and Saturday prior to the service.

Kenneth Arthur Buzick, son of Arthur and Lulu (Hyatt) Buzick was born August 3, 1912 on a farm east of Good Thunder, MN. He graduated from Good Thunder High School. On March 31, 1936, he married Mae Barkema Gath. The couple resided in Webster city when he owned an operated Anna Studio, a photography business. In 1938, he started employment with Beam Manufacturing (Frigidaire). At the time of his retirement in 1977, he was a receiving inspector.

He is survived by his wife, Mae; daughter-in-law and son, Jean and Gary Gath Buzick, daughter and son-in-law, Janet and Larry Kling, all of Webster City; five grandchildren, five step-grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, five step-great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers and four sisters.

He was a member of Asbury United Methodist Church, a former Webster City Moose Lodge member and a former member of the Webster City Elks. He bowled for many years in the city league on the Beam Manufacturing Team.
