Irvin Dalbey, son of Frank Dalbey, who lived in Jewell many years ago, and whose home is now in Churdan, where he has been in business with his brother, Claude Dalbey, died Monday morning in Des Moines, where he was in a hospital. Mr. Dalbey has been in ill health for several years suffering with diabetes, and has been at the hospital several times but found no relief. He is survived by his wife. An infant child precedes him in death. The funeral was held at his home at Churdan Tuesday afternoon.
