Mrs. Hia Dies

Mrs. Hazel E. Hia, 63, of Randall, died Monday in Des Moines while attending a show.
She was born Oct. 25, 1901 in Randall. She had been employed in Des Moines as a sales clerk.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 2 p.m. from Elim Lutheran Church, Randall, with the Rev. Quentin Quanbeck officiating. Burial will be in Mount Olive Cemetery, Randall.
She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Charlotte Loftstedt, Mission, Kan., Mrs. Kathleen Walker, Japan; a brother, Stanton Jacobson, Randall; her mother, Mrs. Anna Jacobson, Randall; and her husband, Selmer Hia, Mission, Kan.
