The bride wore a gown of white satin made on princess lines and carried a bouquet of sweetheart roses and baby breath. Her bridesmaid, Miss Naomi Smith, a sister of the bride, wore a frock of pink net over pink silk taffeta.
Mr. Eldon Wood, of Blairsburg, a schoolmate of the bridegroom, served as best man.
The prenuptial music was furnished by the bridegroom's sister, Miss Irma Haviland, and she used the Mendelssohn "Wedding March" as a processional.
Immediately following the ceremony a wedding dinner was served. Large bowls of the hot house chrysanthemums formed centerpieces for the tables, baskets of garden flowers added to the beauty of the surroundings.
