Mrs Bob Rice, 38, died of cancer last Wednesday morning at her home in Des Moines. The former Shirley Scheuermann, she was the daughter of Mr and Mrs Clarence Scheuermann of Bayard.
Final rites were held Friday at
10:30 a m from the Hamilton Funeral home in Des Moines with interment being made in the Masonic cemetery there.
She had been ill for several months and much of the time recently she had been in and out of hospitals.
Besides her husband and parents, she is survived by four daughters; two brothers, Eugene and Dean of Des Moines; a sister, Mrs John (Charlene) Parker of Laurel, and grandmothers, Mrs Katherine Scheuermann of Bagley and Mrs Ada Tarbill of Churdan
