Anna Sophia Davidsen who had been a resident of the Bayard Care Center for five years died Sunday in the Des Moines General hospital. A lifelong resident of Guthrie county, she was 85 years old.
Final rites were held for Mrs Davidsen Wednesday at 10 a m from the Beidelman funeral Home in Guthrie Center. Pastor Jerry Palmer officiated and interment was made in the cemetery at Bowman Chapel.
She is survived by a daughter, Mrs Verner Christensen of Guthrie Center; a granddaughter and a great grandson and sisters, Carrie Blanchard of Council Bluffs and Jessie Birge of Redding, Calif.
Dana Lowry was soloist and Mrs Roy Klinzman was organist. The casket was carried by Raymond Thomas, Leo Ellis, Jim Godfrey,
Don Clark, Jack Reese and Calvin Meinecke.
