Maude S. Granseth

Cedar Falls--Services for Maude S. Granseth, 91, of 910 State St., will be 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Kaiser-Corson Chapel with burial in Elmwood Cemetery in Dike.

She died Sunday (March 13) at the Cedar Falls Health Care Center of complications of age.

She was born May 14, 1896, in Grundy County, daughter of Charles and Nellie Miller Schwarck. She moved to Cedar Falls in 1943 and was manager of College Hill Dry Cleaners, retiring in 1964. On Nov. 27, 1948, she married Edwin Granseth in Cedar Falls. He died March 27, 1970.

Survivors include four grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren; and a sister, Flosse Wells of Sioux Falls, S.D. She was preceded in death by two sons, Harold in 1967 and Norman in 1982.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday and 9 a.m. until services Wednesday.

A Rebecca service will be at the funeral home at 7 p.m. Tuesday.
