Laura Rae Rand

Gilbertville--Services for Laura Rae Rand, 1-day old daughter of Mickey and Doreen Freet Rand, will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday at White Funeral Home, Jesup; burial in Dike Cemetery; she was born Aug. 31 at Madigan Army Medical Center, Fort Lewis, Wash., and died the following day, Sept. 1; survivors include her parents; maternal grandparents, Donald and Linda Freet of Gilbertville; paternal grandparents, George and Ruby Rand of LaPorte City; and maternal great-grandparents, Merle and Jean Brand of Waterloo; friends may call at the funeral home at 7 p.m. today.
