Waterloo--Isabell M. Kettwig, 90, of Parkview Gardens Care Center, died there Tuesday, Dec. 12, of natural causes.

She was born June 1, 1905, in Belfast, Ireland, daughter of John and Elizabeth Miller Herbison. She married Louis Kettwig on April 4, 1925, in Lincoln Center. He died Jan. 25, 1968.

Mrs. Kettwig owned and operated Potter's Ice Cream Store on Second Street in Cedar Falls for many years.

Survived by: three daughters, Betty Moyer and Phyllis Wical, both of Janesville, and Joyce Moyer of Cedar Falls; and 15 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild.

Preceded in death by: two daughters, Jane Bear and an infant; and a brother, Adam Herbison.

Services: 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Dahl-Van Hove-Schoof Funeral Home, Cedar Falls, with burial in Elmwood Cemetery, Dike. Friends may call from 3 to 8 p.m. today and for an hour before services Thursday at the funeral home.

Memorial fund: will be established.
