Cedar Falls--Dora F. Willsey, 97, of 420 E. 11th St., died Monday, Aug. 16, at the Cedar Falls Western Home of heart failure.

She was born March 26, 1902, in Reinbeck, daughter of David and Cora McDowell Lynn. She married James Willsey on Sept. 8, 1920, in Parkersburg. He died in 1967.

Mrs. Willsey attended Gates Business College, Waterloo and was employed for an advertising company and also for an attorney in Parkersburg.

Survived by: two daughter, Marcia Alcorn and Iris Woodard, both of West Union; and five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Preceded in death by: three brothers, David, Bill and Harold Lynn; and six sisters, Jenney Engle, Cora Damm, Alta Krumlinde, Ruth VanTassel, Myrtle Newsome and Hazel Miller.

Services: 11 a.m. Friday at Dahl-Van Hove-Schoof Funeral Home, Cedar Falls, with burial in Elmwood Cemetery, Dike. Friends may call for an hour before services Friday at the funeral home.

Memorials: may be directed to Trinity Wesleyan Church.
