Mrs. Mary Hunter, 92, Dies Today; Funeral Arrangements Pending

Mrs. Mary Celia Hunter, 92, mother of Theodore A. Hunter of Iowa City, died at 1 p.m. today at 602 Clark street, where she had resided the past 14 years. Death followed a lingering illness.

She was the former Mary Deniston, born December 21, 1861, at Dunkerton. Her husband, Mahlon Hunter, two sons and a daughter preceded her in death.

Mrs. Hunter was a lifelong member of the Methodist church. Funeral arrangements are pending. The body is a Beckman's.

Mrs. Hunter's Rites Monday In Iowa City

Iowa City, Ia.--Funeral services for Mrs. Mary C. Hunter, 92, who died here at 1 p.m. Friday, will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at Beckman's Funeral home.

The Rev. L. L. Dunnington, pastor of First Methodist church, will officiate.

Burial will be in the cemetery at Dike.
