Stout--Heiko Clapp, 71, of rural Parsons, Kan., formerly of Stout, died Feb. 6 of heart failure at Labette County Medical Center, Parsons; survivors include a daughter, Karen Reynolds of Topeka, Kan.; and two brothers, Ben of Dike and Antko of Reinbeck; he was preceded in death by a brother, Joe; he served with the U.S. Army during World War II and was a bricklayer for several years; he was a farm laborer most of his life and worked on a hog farm at Fort Riley, Kan., until retiring a moving Parsons; services were Feb. 11 at Burris-Carson-Wall Funeral Home, Parsons, with burial in Fort Scott (Kan.) National Cemetery.
