Albert Snapp--Due to Heart Trouble; Local Notes

Albert Snapp died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Fred Delp, Wednesday, due to heart trouble. He was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Herman Snapp and was born in Germany, August 26th, 1861. He was married to Anna Okones, February 4th, 1886. They lived on a farm northeast of Dumont until seven years ago.

Funeral services were held at the Union Ridge church, Friday, in charge of Rev. Earl Jarboe. Burial was in Ivester cemetery near Wellsburg. Besides his wife, those who survive the deceased are two daughters, Mrs. Fred Delp, of Dumont, and Mrs. Gerald Ellison, of Steamboat Rock; four sons, John Snapp and Herman Snapp, of Steamboat Rock, William Snapp and Albert Snapp of Waterloo.
