Mr. George Archer, aged 71 years, of New Hartford, father of Bert Archer and Mrs. Stafford, of this city, was stricken with paralysis Friday and died at 5 o'clock yesterday morning. The funeral will be held at New Hartford tomorrow at 1 o'clock under the auspices of the I.O.O.F. and G.A.R.
