Mrs. Biebesheimer Buried Here Monday

Graveside committal services for Mrs. Jennie F. Biebesheimer, 92, were held Monday afternoon, September 15, 1975, at 2 o'clock at Rose Hill Cemetery, Grundy Center, Iowa. Rev. John L. Lewis, pastor of the First Presbyterian Church officiated. Mrs. Biebesheimer died Friday, September 12 at 11:30 p.m. at the Sioux Valley Hospital in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, while visiting her daughter. Death was caused from a heart attack.

Mrs. Biebesheimer was born April 17, 1883 in Pleasant Valley township, Grundy County, Iowa, and was 92 years, 4 months and 21 days of age at the time of death. She was the daughter of Asjen and Hilka Frerichs Freese. On February 10, 1909 she was united in marriage to Charles A. Biebesheimer in Grundy Center. Her husband preceded her in death in 1958. She continued to make her home in Grundy Center until 1971 when she moved to Mason City. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church, Grundy Center, and the Order of Eastern Star.

Survivors include one son, Dr. Jerome Biebesheimer, Mason City; one daughter, Mrs. Berlin (Eloise) Rorem of Sioux Falls, 7 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

The Engelkes-Abels Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
