Albrecht Kruse Dead

Albrecht Kruse died at his home four miles north of town Monday afternoon from Bright's disease from which he had been a sufferer for the past year. It was known for the past several months that his case was hopeless and his death was not unexpected.

Mr. Kruse was one of the oldest settlers in German township having come here from Germany forty-four years ago. He bought a farm in that township shortly after coming here and that has been his home for forty-four years. He was in his seventieth year at the time of his death. Mr. Kruse was married two years after he came to this country and his wife survives him. Aside from the wife there are five children, four sons and one daughter. The sons are Tom, Martin, Hoyo, and Harm. The daughter is Mrs. Martin Molendorp. All reside in this county.
