Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:30 a.m. Friday, Feb. 9, 2007, at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Sartell for Catherine Jane Lieser, age 57, of Sartell, who died Monday at her home. The Rev. Lauren Germann will officiate. Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Dingmann Family Funeral Home in Sauk Rapids, Minn, and one hour prior to the services Friday at the church. Parish prayers will be at 7 p.m.Thursday at the funeral home.

Cathy was born March 7, 1949, in Wellsburg, Iowa, to Harley and Alyce (Harlan) Lindaman. She graduated from Wellsburg High School and later received her college degree from the University of South Dakota. Cathy married Lee Lieser on Dec. 8, 1989, in Sioux Falls, S.D. They have lived in Sartell since 2005, Richmond, Minn, from 1995-2005, and Sioux Falls, S.D., prior to 1995. Cathy worked in the medical staff office at University of South Dakota School of Medicine, St Cloud Hospital, Mid Minnesota Medical Clinic in St. Cloud, and Rice Memorial Hospital in Willmar, Minn. She was a member of the St. Francis Xavier Catholic church in Sartell.

Survivors include her husband, Lee, of Sartell; sons and daughter, Jeffrey (Marcy) Meyer of Edmund, Okla, Shane (Lisa) Meyer of Allen, Texas, Joel (Missy) Lieser of New York, N.Y. and Jodie Lieser of Sauk Rapids, Minn; sister, Ardyth Siefken of Waverly, Iowa, and Virginia (Alle) Jaspers of Ackley, Iowa; and grandchildren, Austin Hoppe, Logan, John, Ella and Grace Meyer.

Cathy was preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Robert Lindaman.
