Former Local Resident, Kay Turner, Dies

Kay Meyer Turner, 41, of Cathedral City, CA, formerly of Wellsburg, passed away on Monday, October 24 at Palm Springs, CA.

Funeral services were held on Friday afternoon, October 28, at Our Saviour's Lutheran Church at Palm Springs, CA. The Palm Spring Mortuary was in charge of arrangements.

She is survived by her husband, John M. Turner of Cathedral City; also a daughter, Stephanie Kienzle of Oakland, CA; two sons, Jeffrey Kienzle of Upland, CA and Brian Kienzle of Riverside, CA; a step-daughter, Jennifer Turner and a step-son, John Turner, both of Riverside, CA; a sister, Faye Jensen of Los Angeles, CA; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Harm C. Meyer of Wellsburg; and a brother, Max Meyer of Marshalltown.
