Elaine Lindaman

Elaine Lindaman passed away August 31, 2014, in Mesa, Arizona. A memorial service will be held on Oct. 11 at 11 a.m. at the Wellsburg Reformed Church in Wellsburg. Memorials may be directed to the family.

Elaine was born March 18, 1929, in Wellsburg to Richard F. and Vina Schmidt.

Elaine was a homemaker and also worked beside her husband, Kenny, in the family grocery business in Wellsburg and Hubbard. She was an avid golfer, Chicago Cubs fan and Iowa Hawkeyes fan.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenny; her mother and father; and two sisters and one brother.

She is survived by two sons, Greg (Nancy) of Carlisle and Todd (Raenette) of Mesa, Arizona; four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and one brother, Richard from Iowa City and one sister, Nadene from Whittier, California.
