Arthur M. Wheatcraft of Baltimore, MD, and Pine Knoll Shores, NC, died January 2, 2015 in Baltimore, MD. He was 93 years old.

A funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Egbert Catholic Church, Morehead City, N.C., on Friday, Feb. 27 at 11 am.

Mr. Wheatcraft served in the US Coast Guard June ’42 – Nov. ’45 on the USS North Star and USS Wakefield. He was a lifelong member of the Knights of Columbus: Archbishop Keogh Council 5263 (Odenton, MD) and 8143 (Morehead City, NC). He was a member of the National Fraternity of the Secular Franciscan order.

Survived by sons, Arthur (wife Carol) and Andrew (wife Suzanne), and Tom Bonderenko, and daughter Amy Bardelman, 5 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.

He was predeceased by his wife Marianne, daughter A. Melissa and granddaughter Kristin Kohnle.
