On Thursday, Jan. 6, occurred the death of Lew Holl, 2 1/2 miles north-east of town. He had been sick for 7 weeks with heart trouble and pneumonia. Deceased was born Oct. 10, 1862 in Germany. He has lived in Grundy county for 15 years. Lew was a good neighbor and his loss will be felt by his family and friends in Felix township.
