Mrs. P. E. Muhring

Mrs. P. E. Muhring died at 5 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 15, 1952. She had been in ill health for a number of years and her death was due to myocarditis.

She was born Sophia Bleeker in Wellsburg, Feb. 6, 1876, the daughter of Evert and Anna Bleeker.

Surviving are the husband and seven children. They are: one son, Harm Muhring, and six daughters, Mrs. Harm Venenga, Mrs. Arthur Siemsen, Mrs. H. R. Siemsen, Mrs. Wm. Schmoranc, Mrs. L. R. Paige, Mrs. Claude Lines. Also 12 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.

Rev. G. Van Putten conducted funeral services, which were held from the Ferree Chapel and burial was made at Grundy Center.
