ACKLEY - Evelyn Ann Beving, 95, of Ackley, died Sunday, July 24, at the Cedar Valley Hospice Home, Waterloo.

She was born Oct. 3, 1909, in Ackley, daughter of Rube and Anna Trepp Schultz. She married Arthur Beving on Sept. 18, 1928, in Austin, Minn. He preceded her in death.

Survivors include: a son, Russell (Betty) of Ackley; two daughters, Ethelann (Karl) Koch of Cedar Falls and Nevamae (Wendell) Erpelding of Jesup; 10 grandchildren, four step-grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, nine step-great-grandchildren and four step-great-great-grandchildren; and a brother, the Rev. Rueben Schultz of Olathe, Kan.

Preceded in death by: a son, Duane; three grandsons; four brothers; and two sisters.

Services: 1 p.m. Wednesday at East Friesland Presbyterian Church, rural Ackley, with burial in the church cemetery. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Sietsema Funeral Home, Ackley.

Memorials: may be directed to Cedar Valley Hospice or Cedar Falls Lutheran Home.
