Henrietta Janssen Dead

Particularly sad is the death of Henrietta Janssen, the twenty-year old daughter of Wiecherd Janssen, residing about four and one-half miles southeast of Ackley who passed away at the family home early Tuesday morning. She had been sick since a week ago Monday and the attending physician gives the cause of death as peritonitis. The young girl had been keeping house for her father, as the mother died several years ago, and she will be greatly missed in the home. She was a nice, bright young woman and a large circle of friends sorrow with the family in her death.

The funeral services were held at the house on Friday at 1 o'clock and preaching service at the Agena church, after interment in the cemetery adjoining.

Deceased is survived by one sister, Mrs. John Enslin, and three brothers, Emmo, John and Jans.
