Parkersburg Eclipse: Last Friday the community was startled by the intelligence that Mrs. Fred Boehm, living several miles south of town, had hung herself in the barn on her husband's premises. Friday morning Mr. Boehm had noticed nothing particularly wrong with his wife and went to the field as usual. Coming in to dinner, she was missed. Search was immediately instituted and she was found hanging by the neck in the barn. She was cut down and a physician summoned but life was extinct. No cause other than temporary insanity can account for the rash deed. The funeral services were held on Sunday following her death. A coroner's jury consisting of L. E. Adams, Daniel Krider and B. L. Miller, were empaneled before E. S. Galpin, a justice of the peace, and a verdict in accordance with the above facts returned. Mr. Boehm and his family have the sympathy of the community in the affliction.
