Cedar Falls--Services for J. Elmer Drenner, 84, of the Roberts Nursing Home, Waterloo, will be 2 p.m. Friday at Dahl-Van Hove-Schoof Funeral Home with burial in Hillcrest Cemetery, west of Cedar Falls.

He died Tuesday afternoon at Schoitz Memorial Hospital, Waterloo, of complications of age.

He was born Dec. 21, 1890, in Cass County, the son of James W. and Wilhemina Lohse Drenner. He married Louise A. Behrens on Nov. 30, 1911, in Grundy County. She preceded him in death.

He is survived by three sons, Orville, Huntsville, Ark., Herbert, 4725 S. Main Rd., Cedar Falls, and Clifford, 5001 S. Main Rd., Cedar Falls; a daughter, Mrs. Earl Christian, LaPorte City, and a brother, Walter Drenner, Loveland, Colo.

Friends may call at the funeral home until service time.
