Mrs. David Steen, 21, of Austin, Texas, niece of Milton Behrens, Grundy Center, was killed last week in an auto accident in Texas. Funeral services were held in Cedar Falls Monday with burial in Hillcrest cemetery. Mrs. Steen was married August 14, 1971 in Texas and her uncle, Milton Behrens, gave her in marriage. Her father, Glen Behrens, died a few years ago. Her mother, Agnes Behrens, taught in the Grundy Center school during the war years while her husband was in the service. Mr. and Mrs. Bill Behrens and baby of Marengo and Mrs. Betty Behrens Wammer and daughter of Audubon, Minn., were here for the funeral of their cousin. In addition to her husband and mother of San Antonio, she is survived by one brother and one sister.
