The ceremony was performed at the bride's home in Colfax township with Rev. J. E. Drake officiating at the service. Twelve years after their marriage they resided on a farm a quarter of a mile west of the home place. They then moved to Holland where they resided six years. After that they moved to their farm 5 1/2 miles southwest of Grundy Center. Last winter they began the erection of a new house in Grundy Center which was to be their future home. They moved into this house last May. Their son Marcus operates the farm.
