Harold Kluver Dies From Heart Attack

Harold Kluver, who grew up in Grundy Center, died in a hospital in Fort Dodge at 11:30 Tuesday forenoon following a heart attack. He was stricken at his place of business in Eagle Grove about 9 o'clock in the morning and was rushed to the hospital and died shortly after he arrived there. He was 44 years old.

The body was returned to Eagle Grove where services will be held Thursday morning. Burial will be in the cemetery at Holland.

Harold Kluver was a son of Henry and Maude Kluver. He graduated from the Grundy Center high school in 1934. Shortly after his marriage to Kathleen Meyer at Wellsburg, the couple moved to Waterloo where he was employed by the Lewis Motor Company until about a year ago when he purchased the Chevrolet Agency at Eagle Grove and he and his family moved there.

Surviving are the wife, one daughter, 11, and a son, 16; his parents, and one brother, Howard from Chicago.
