Last Saturday, Harry Gerloff, living near Holland, met with an accident that will probably cause his death. He was ascending a ladder leading to the haymow, when it broke, letting him fall across the manger, breaking his neck. His entire body is paralyzed. He is under the care of Drs. Mullarky and Heffelfinger, and up to Tuesday evening was conscious and able to take nourishment.
