Former Grundy Woman Dies at Titonka

Mrs. Christ Sonnenberg died at her home in Titonka last Saturday following a sickness that covered about a year. The remains were sent to Parkersburg and taken to the home of her daughter, Mrs. Jurgen Reents from which place funeral services were held yesterday. Burial was made in the cemetery at the Siemsen church west of Fern.

Mrs. Sonnenberg was in the seventies. She resided in this county for nearly forty years. Most of the time the family lived in the vicinity of Fern. A year ago Mr. and Mrs. Sonnenberg left the farm and moved to Titonka where they made their home with their son Henry.

Mrs. Sonnenberg is survived by a husband and four children. The children are Mrs. Jurgen Reents of Parkersburg, Ben Sonnenberg living near Stout, Henry and Mrs. Carl Ostendorp who reside near Titonka.
