Mrs. Harm Meier (Hilke Wobben) was born in Rysum, Ostfriesland, on March 3, 1866, and died at Stout, Ia., January 2, 1921, aged fifty-four years and ten months. She came to America in 1887, settling at Steamboat Rock. She afterward moved to Buffalo Center, Ia., and in the spring of 1920 moved to Stout.

The deceased leaves to mourn her loss her husband, Harm Meier, and ten children--five sons and five daughters--of which two sons and three daughters are married. Funeral services will be held Friday of this week at the Reformed church at Stout, at one o'clock p.m., and the remains will be laid to rest in the Stout cemetery.

The bereaved family have the sympathy of all who know them, in the loss of a devoted wife and mother.
