Obituary of Mrs. R. J. Wolff

Mrs. R. J. Wolff was born November 27, 1830, at Simonsville, Germany, and died at her home in Wellsburg, Thursday, September 28, 1905. The funeral took place on Monday Oct. 2, 1905, at Wellsburg and interment followed in the Wellsburg cemetery.

Her maiden name was Gretje Hayenga. On September 21, 1856, she was married to R. J. Wolff and they lived together for almost 50 years. Ten children were born to them of whom five are dead. She is survived by her husband and three daughters and two sons. The daughters are Mrs. John DeNeui and Mrs. Helmer Kruse of George, and Mrs. Feldkamp of Sibley and the sons are Heye of Lennox, South Dakota, and Jake of Sibley.

Mrs. Wolff had been sick for nearly two years. The attendance at the funeral was very large.
