Services for Anita Rae Schafer Held Friday

Graveside services for Anita Rae Schafer, infant daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Schafer, were held Friday afternoon at 2:30 at the First Christian Reformed Church cemetery west of Wellsburg. Rev. Harold Hollander was in charge.

She was born Wednesday evening at the Ellsworth hospital in Iowa Falls, prematurely, and was later transferred to the St. Francis hospital in Waterloo where she passed away Thursday morning.

She is survived by her parents, the maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Shugar of Ackley, and the paternal grandmother, Mrs. Thomas Schafer of Wellsburg.

Doyen Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
