Bisdee Rites Wednesday

Cedar Falls--Funeral services for Edward Bisdee, 609 Iowa street, who died at his home Saturday evening, will be from Dahl's funeral home at 2 p.m. Wednesday. Dr. Earle A. Baker will officiate. Burial will be in Fairfield cemetery west of New Hartford.

Edward Bisdee Died Saturday

Edward Bisdee, 73, died Saturday afternoon at his home in Cedar Falls following a heart attack suffered at noon Saturday. He was born at New Hartford, June 11, 1870 and for most of his life operated a farm two and one-half miles south west of town. In 1934 he retired and moved to Cedar Falls.

On June 1, 1908 he married Mrs. Alice Dority in Colorado Springs, Colo. Surviving are the widow, one son Edward William, who is serving in the army air corps at Douglas, Ariz.; one step-daughter, Mrs. Leona Woltjer, Hampton, and three grandchildren.

He was a member of the Methodist church at New Hartford for many years later transferring his membership to Cedar Falls.

Funeral services were held Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the Dahl funeral home Cedar Falls. Dr. Earl A. Baker, retired pastor of the Methodist church, Cedar Falls, officiated. Burial was in Fairfield cemetery near New Hartford.
