Grundy Woman Dies In Sleep
Mrs. Cecil Little of Grundy Center died some time in her sleep last Thursday night. Her husband found her dead in her bed when he woke up Friday morning.
Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon at the Engelkes Funeral Home with Fr. J. A. Kress officiating. Burial was in the Grundy Center cemetery.
She had been suffering from an epileptic affliction for some time. She was 50 years old on the 2nd of March.
Mrs. Little was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Wescott and she was born in Argon, Wis., and grew up there. She was married 31 years ago to Cecil Little. The couple resided in Milwaukee during several years of their married life. They came to Grundy Center in June of last year.
Surviving are the husband, two sons and three daughters. The sons are Robert of Waterloo and Merton of Clinton. The three daughters are Leone, Mary, Ruth Margaret and Rosemary. The daughters are married and they live in Milwaukee. Other surviving relatives are four brothers and two sisters.
