County Farm Inmate Dies at Hospital

Mrs. Flora Crouse, who had been an inmate at the Grundy county farm the past six years, died in the hospital at Marshalltown at 11:30 Tuesday night. She had been sick since January. She was taken to the hospital for treatment three weeks before her death. She was 79 years old.

Funeral services will be held at the Coffman funeral home at 3:30 Thursday afternoon.

Mrs. Crouse resided in Grundy county the greater part of her lifetime. Her maiden name was Flora Brinkerhoff. She grew up on a farm in Grundy county.
