Mourn Death Of Daughter

Margaret, Little Daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Geo. Lynch, Dies at Waterloo

Another home is saddened and the loved ones bowed in grief for Margaret the beloved little daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Geo. Lynch, of Morrison, who died last Friday at the St. Frances hospital, Waterloo, where she was taken on the night of January 30 to submit to an operation for appendicitis. A few days after the operation pneumonia developed and the patient little sufferer had but little vitality left to fight the disease, as she had scarcely recovered her strength from a recent attack of scarlet fever.

Margaret Veronica Lynch was born November 4, 1910 at Rock Island, Ill., and died February 10, 1922 at Waterloo, Iowa. She was preceded in death by a little brother, Vincent Joseph, who died in September 1918 at the age of twenty months.

Margaret was a very dutiful little child, exceptionally brilliant in her studies and a general favorite with everyone who knew her.

Funeral services were held at the Sacred Heart church in the city last Monday morning, Rev. Father Norris officiating, and burial took place in the Catholic cemetery west of town.

Her parents and little brothers, Michael and William have the sympathy of the whole community in their bereavement.

She's just "Our Little Margaret" still
And loves us now no less,
She goes away to come again
To watch us and to bless.
