Marie Cox Funeral Was Tuesday

Funeral services for Marie P. Cox, 61, of 1329 Garden Avenue, Waterloo, were at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Joseph's Catholic church. Burial was in Rosehill cemetery in Grundy Center.

Miss Cox died Saturday evening at St. Francis hospital.

She was born March 2, 1913, at Grundy Center, the daughter of James and Anna Cox. She was a sales clerk at S. S. Kresge Co. for 23 years, retiring in 1969.

Survivors include her sister, Mrs. Helen Wohlert of 1329 Garden Ave., Waterloo, and a brother, James E. Cox of Grundy Center.

A rosary service was held Monday evening at Oppold Funeral Home in Waterloo.
