Olaf Jensen Buried At Fairfield Cemetery

Funeral services were held last Friday afternoon at St. John's Lutheran Church in Cedar Falls with the Rev. A. G. Schardt officiating for Olaf K. Jensen of 1034 W. 12th St., Cedar Falls. Burial was in the Fairfield cemetery in northeast Grundy county. Mr. Jensen died last Thursday afternoon at the Sartori hospital in Cedar Falls.

Mr. Jensen had farmed in Fairfield township on the Roberts farm for a number of years after he was married. He later farmed south of Cedar Falls.

He was born July 3, 1890 at Aalborg, Denmark. He came to the United States in 1908 and married the former Marie Pfeffer on Dec. 5, 1913 in Waterloo.

Survivors include a son, Herman of Cedar Falls, two daughters, Mrs. Lloyd (Louise) Eckerman of Cedar Falls and Mrs. Norman (Elizabeth) FrerKing of Des Moines, a brother and a sister in Denmark.
