Roger Allen Neisen, 41, of Dike, Iowa passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 13, 2016 at home. Funeral service will be held Saturday, March 19, 2016 at 10:30 A.M. at the Dike High School in Dike. Visitation will be held Friday, March 18, 2016 from 4:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. at Engelkes-Abels Chapel in Dike. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established at People's Bank in Dike.

He was born October 7, 1974 to Gerald and Patricia (Mitchell) Neisen in Waterloo, Iowa.

Roger had a great passion for music and played in many bands. He owned JP's One More Bar in Dike, and he loved spending time with his family and friends. Roger enjoyed being around people and had never met a stranger.

Roger is survived by his fiancé Teri Onken; one son, Kyle McCready of Nebraska; five daughters, Allison (Mirsad) Catic of Waterloo, Caitlin Neisen (Richard S.) of Des Moines, Kelsey Bakken of Dike, Kayanne Onken, and Chloe Neisen at home; three grandchildren, Ada, Nickolai, and Richard III; three sisters, Teresa (Russ) Tyler of Evansdale, Donna Mangrich (Billy) of Waterloo, Deanne (Allan) Mangrich of North Carolina; one brother, Martin (Elaine) Halbmaier of Cedar Falls; mother in law, Pam Schlamp of Shell Rock; five sister in laws, Jamie (Tom) Miller of Tripoli, Alicia Onken (Joe) of Dike, Kristin (Josh) Osborne of South Dakota, Kacie Schlamp of Shell Rock; one brother in law Derek Schlamp of Shell Rock; and many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and nephews.

He was proceeded in death by his parents, many other family members, and friends.
