Crunch was born on May 1, 1952 in Waterloo, Iowa, the daughter of Wayne "Bub" & Donna (Mason) Bean. She was a lifelong Reinbeck resident, where she attended school, graduating from the Reinbeck High School with the class of 1970, opened their own business Bean Painting & Decorating. She retired from the business after 32 years of operation. She also dedicated lots of her time caring for her nieces and nephews.
She enjoyed vegetable gardening, camping, and had a love for music. She was a very well educated woman who taught herself to fix almost anything and loved keeping up with current events and having knowledge of anything she could absorb. Crunch's biggest joy in life came from her nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews. She would attend almost every sporting event they participated in and cared for them every chance she got. She was a very selfless and giving person. Although she leaves us too soon, she will always have a spot in the hearts of her family and friends she leaves behind.
Crunch in survived by her sister Janny Bean of Reinbeck and brother Jim Bean; brother-in-law Frank Wyatt of Hudson; nieces and nephews Monte (Lisa) Wyatt of West Des Moines, Matt (Chelsea) Wyatt of Reinbeck; Addie (Phil) Sadler of Springfield, MN, Maggie Davis of Reinbeck, and Eli Bean of Cedar Falls; great-nieces and nephews Katie, Alison & Janie Wyatt, Cael, Aiden & Ava Wyatt, Cassius Sadler, & Dev, Mac & Aedric Davis.
