Harold Timmons Graveside Rites

Harold "Slim" Timmons, 81, of Grundy Center, passed away on Wednesday, June 13, at the Allen Memorial Hospital in Waterloo.

Graveside funeral services were held Saturday, June 16, at Rose Hill Cemetery, Grundy Center, with Pastor Paul C. Nelson officiating.

Harold LaVerne Timmons was born March 29, 1909, in Adair County, the son of Riley and Della Martin Timmons.

Harold grew up and attended school in Adair county.

He was a farmhand in the Grundy Center area for many years.

The Engelkes-Abels Funeral Home in Grundy Center was in charge of the funeral arrangements.
