Six Year Old Son of John D. Long Dies of Meningitis

Carl Moody Long, six year old son of Mr. and Mrs. John D. Long, of Felix Center, died last Thursday afternoon at four o'clock of cerebro spinal meningitis. The little fellow had been ill for about ? days, and altho the Flexner --unreadable-- was used the disease was too far advanced to give but slight relief. His constitution was weakened by an attack of scarlet fever, which made his case almost hopeless from the first.--Conrad Record
