Aplington Woman Dies After 13 Years' Illness

Miss Tillie DeBoer, a daughter of William DeBoer, died at the home of her father on a farm near Aplington following an illness for the past 13 years. She was first stricken with influenza and later with meningitis from which she never fully recovered.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday at the Johnson church with burial in the parish cemetery by the side of her mother. Rev. D. Folkema from Aplington will be the officiating pastor.
