George W. Taylor Dies Suddenly At Cedar Falls

George W. Taylor died suddenly from heart failure at his home in Cedar Falls Tuesday morning. He got up at the usual time and built a fire in the furnace. Later, not feeling well, he returned to his bed. While his wife was getting breakfast, she heard an unusual noise from the bedroom. When she reached her husband's bedside, he had passed away.

Mr. Taylor was 66 years old. Most of his active life was spent in Grundy county. He lived for some time in Reinbeck before coming to Grundy Center. He was engaged in the dray business in Grundy Center for several years. He and his family left here ten years ago to move to a farm near Dike. For a number of years the Taylor family have been living in Cedar Falls.

Funeral services will be held at Reinbeck at 1:30 Thursday afternoon. The services will be at the Methodist church and they will be conducted by Rev. Fisher, former pastor of the Methodist church in Grundy Center.

The wife and four children survive. The children are Mrs. Clyde Schwyhart, Grace, Wendell and Russell.
