Harvey O'Brien Died Wednesday at Co. Farm

Harvey O'Brien died about six o'clock last night at the county farm. He had been suffering from cancer of the throat. Death came quite suddenly as a result of a hemorrhage.

O'Brien had been at the county farm for ten weeks. His home was at Dike. He had been at the university hospital at Iowa City for treatment and an operation. He was 53 years old.

Funeral services await word from a sister in Chicago and a sister living in Texas.

Harvey O'Brien, who died at the county farm a week ago, was buried in the Grundy Center cemetery Friday. Services conducted by Rev. A. G. Annette were held at the Coffman mortuary Friday. The deceased leaves a sister in Chicago and his mother and one sister reside at Terrill, Texas. The relatives wired funds to pay funeral expenses.
