Little Child Called Home

The little son of Mr. and Mrs. Will Meester, was called away to the land that is fairer than day, Monday, March 30th, at the age of one year, one month and 20 days. Funeral occurs Friday afternoon. Interment will be made at the Siemsen's church cemetery.

Those little lips, so sweet to kiss
Are closed forever now,
Those sparkling eyes that shown so bright
Beneath that pearly brow
That little heart that beat so high,
Free from all care and gloom
Are hidden now from those he loved
Beneath the silent tomb.
